Millennium Soccer Club

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. If you cannot pay today, you can select the payment options to pay at the sites in cash, check, or money order. You can also request a scholarship. When you ask for a scholarship, you will not need to provide any additional information; all fees will be covered by the Joe Fountain Memorial Fund.
